Refund Policy
At Drop it on the dot, we strive to provide professional and reliable notary services. Our goal is to complete your notarization efficiently and accurately.
If we are unable to complete the notarization for any reason, you will not be charged. This includes situations where:

The notary is unable to verify your identity.

The document to be notarized is incomplete, contains errors, or is suspected to be fraudulent.

You are unable to produce a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Technical issues prevent the completion of a remote online notarization.
In these circumstances, any payment pre-authorized on your credit card will be voided, or a full refund will be issued if the payment has already been processed.
Please note: This policy does not apply to late cancellations or no-shows. Our cancellation policy, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, may result in a fee if you do not provide adequate notice or fail to appear for a scheduled appointment.
