Who We Are

Fee Explanation

  • Notarizations:

    • Acknowledgments, Jurats, Signature Witnessing: $5 per notarized signature.

  • Certified Copies:

    • $1 per copy (with a $3 minimum charge).

  • Travel Fee:

    • St. Charles Area: A flat travel fee of $60 applies for locations within a 15-mile radius of St. Charles, MO.

    • Beyond 15 Miles: An additional fee of $2.00 per mile is applied for travel beyond the initial 15-mile radius.

  • Additional Services:

    • Printed Documents: $0.50 per printed page.
