Who We Are

Fee Explanation

  • Notarizations:

    • Acknowledgments, Jurats, Signature Witnessing: $5 per notarized signature.

  • Certified Copies:

    • $1 per copy (with a $3 minimum charge).

  • Travel Fee:

    • St. Charles Area: A flat travel fee of $60 applies for locations within a 20-mile radius of St. Charles, MO.

    • Beyond 20 Miles: An additional fee of $2.00 per mile is applied for travel beyond the initial 20-mile radius.

  • Additional Service:

              Printed Documents: $0.50 per printed page.​

  • Deposit

    • To ensure the highest level of service and availability, all appointments must be scheduled online. A $20 booking deposit is required to secure your time slot. This amount will be fully credited toward your final service total upon completion of the appointment.​
