Standard notarization fees
Under Missouri law, standard notarization fees are capped at $5.00 per signature for acknowledgments, jurats, and signature witnessing.
Travel & convenience fees
Because we come to you, a flat travel fee applies in addition to the per-signature notary fee:
- Zone A (within 20 miles of St. Charles): $60 flat fee, covering areas such as O'Fallon and St. Peters.
- Zone B (outer St. Charles and adjacent areas): $80 flat fee for locations outside the primary service radius.
First-time clients pay before services are rendered.
Specialized services
Apostille authentication: $150 flat fee. This covers document pre-screening, the Secretary of State authentication chain, and courier logistics to obtain the apostille (Gold Seal) certificate. Additional documents and state fees may apply.
Loan signing services:
- Reverse mortgage package: $200
- Purchase / refinance closing (buyer): $150
- HELOC, seller package, or cash purchase: $100
Loan signings are performed by a National Notary Association (NNA) certified Signing Agent with current background screening.
